\section{Introduction}

Contributions should be in English. Authors are encouraged to have
their contribution checked for grammar. UK spelling should be used.
Abbreviations are allowed but should be spelt out in full when first
used. Integers ten and below are to be spelt out. Italicize foreign
language phrases (e.g.~Latin, French).

The text is to be typeset in 10 pt Roman capitals with baselineskip of
12 pt. Text area is 28 cc wide and 42 cc high. Final pagination and
insertion will be done by the Editorial Office. Footnotes should be
avoided, if possible.

A useful hint: copy this file and start replacing the approporiate text with that from
your own article!

\section{Major Headings}

Major headings should be typeset in 10 pt Roman capitals.

\subsection{Sub-headings}

Sub-headings should be typeset in 8 pt Roman capitals. The numbering
is double, as shown, say 2.1.

\section{Illustrations and Photographs}

Figures are to be inserted in the text nearest their first reference.
The graphic files in any format like {\tt *.eps, *.pcx, *.bmp}, etc.,
should be presented on a diskette together with the final version of
the manuscript after acceptance. If the author cannot supply such
graphic files, drawings (in black ink in a good quality paper), should
be enclosed separately. If photographs are to be used, only black and
white ones are acceptable.

%\begin{figure}
\vspace*{35mm}
%\Gr{20mm}{annuaire.pcx}{37mm}
\fcaption{Step constant approximation to the function $\varphi(t)$}
%\end{figure}
 \vspace{14pt}

Figures are to be sequentially numbered in Arabic numerals.
Centralize the caption (in 8 pt Times Roman with baselineskip of 10
pt) and place it below the figure. Allow 14pt vertical space between
a caption and the text that follows immediately.

\section{Equations}

Displayed equations should be numbered consecutively in each section,
with the number set flushright and enclosed in parentheses.
$$
\mu(n, t) = {\displaystyle \sum^\infty_{i=1} 1(d_i < t, N(d_i) = n) \over
\displaystyle\int^t_{\sigma=0} 1(N(\sigma) = n)d\sigma}\,\, . \eqno (4.1)
$$
Equations should be referred to in abbreviated form, e.g.~``(4.1)'
or~``Eq.~(4.1)''. In multiple-line equations, the number should be
given on the last line.

Displayed equations are to be centered on the page width. Standard
English letters like x are to appear as $x$ (italicized) in the text
if they are used as mathematical symbols. Punctuation marks are used
at the end of equations as if they appeared directly in the text.
\vspace*{12pt}

{\bf Theorem~4.1}. Theorems, lemmas, etc. are to be numbered
consecutively in the paper or in each section. Use Roman for the
body and upper and lower case boldface, for the declarations (like
Theorem, Proposition, Lemma, etc).

\vspace*{12pt}
{\it Proof.} The word `Proof' is italized. The proofs
should end with \qed\,.

\section{Tables}

Tables should be inserted in the text as close to the point of
reference as possible. Some space should be left above and below
the table.

{\footnotesize{
%\begin{table}
\tcaption{Values of the bounds (5.1) on
$k^{*2}/k_m^2$ for a cellular medium at $a_m =
1$}  \vskip 5pt

\hline
$c_f$& lower&upper &lower&upper\\
 \hline
0    & 1     & 1     & 1     & 1    \\
0.10 & 0.873 & 0.881 & 1.570 & 2.251\\
0.50 & 0.431 & 0.449 & 6.318 &12.019\\
0.75 & 0.231 & 0.249 & 9.318 &25.319\\

1    & 0.01  & 0.01  &   100 & 100  \\
\hline
\end{tabular}
\end{center}
}}

%\end{table}
\vspace{12pt}

Tables should be numbered sequentially in the text in Arabic numerals.
Captions are to be centralized above the tables. Typeset tables and
captions in 8 pt Times Roman with baselineskip of 10 pt.
 \vspace{12pt}

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS.
This should come before the Appendices, if any. Funding information
should also be included here.

\section{REFERENCES}

The references should be numbered either alphabetically or in the order they appear
 in the text. Please follow the format of the references, given
in the list bellow as examples. Use baselineskip of 11 pt and 9 pt
size fonts, using the command {\tt $\backslash$small}. The references
in the text are to be cited in square brackets, like [3], or [5, 7],
or [11, p.~123], or [16, ch.~2.12].

\baselineskip=11pt
{\small
If necessary, longer, but important calculations and/or related
considerations can be summarized in the Appendices, numbered with
Roman Capitals A, B, etc. The equations there should be numbered
(flushright again) as (A.1), (A.2), \ldots (for the Appendix A), etc.
The text and formulae should be typeset with baselineskip of 11 pt in
9 pt size fonts, using the command {\tt $\backslash$small}.
