Scientific interests
I have strong background in Technology Enhanced Learning, Network Businesses and Governments, Applications and services for the mobile user and worker, Open Development Platforms for Software and Services, Semantic Based Knowledge Systems, Computer Networks Design, Development and Management. I am member of the IFIP TC8 as Bulgarian national representative. I have long experience in participating in about 15 EC RTD projects as a co-ordinator and WP leader. I have more than 30 publications. I was involved in the Program committee of 8 International conferences.
I have rich experience in designing educational programs in various domains, as well as modeling Social processes and activities. I was involved in consulting Small and Medium size Enterprises in areas of: using Information and Communication Technologies in their business, innovations technology transfers, designing and performing educational and training programs, etc.
