1986. D.Sc. degree in Detection Radar Signal in ECM, received from the Institute of Defence Electronics “Electron”, Sofia, Bulgaria.

1970 and 1975 MS degree and Ph.D. degree in Radio Engineering from Air Force Engineering Academy ”Jukovski”, Moscow, Russia;
