ACM IUI 2018 is the 23rd annual meeting of the intelligent interfaces community and serves as a premier international forum for reporting outstanding research and development on intelligent user interfaces.
The Xth SIGSAND/PLAIS EuroSymposium has the objective of promoting and developing high quality research on all issues related to systems analysis and design (SAND). It provides a forum to researchers and practitioners in SAND in Europe and beyond – to interact, collaborate and develop the systems analysis and design area. The EuroSymposium is currently headed by the Advisory Board, consisting of prominent researchers to guide this initiative.
The 11th Mediterranean Conference on Information Systems will be held in Genoa, Italy on 4-5 September 2017. MCIS 2017 invites academics and researchers, from all over the world but also especially from the Mediterranean region, to reflect on innovative research in information systems, from the point of view of a rapidly changing world.
The conference is organized by the Institute of Mathematics and Informatics of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences in collaboration with the Union of the Bulgarian Mathematicians and the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics of Sofia University. The purpose of this event is to present the current state of the art in all areas of mathematics.
On September 11, 2017 we celebrate 100 years since the birth of the great Bulgarian mathematician, glamorous teacher and symbol of academicism, the corresponding member of Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Professor Jaroslav. Prof. Tagamlitzki contributed greatly to the development of Bulgarian mathematics both through his remarkable scientific achievements, and through the preparation for research activity of a generation of younger mathematicians. For him, teaching of mathematics was a mission followed with an exceptional sense of responsibility and remarkable masterity.
