Erasmus+ project Formation of Critical Thinking and Media Literacy as a Defense against Media manipulation, Disinformation and Fake News is carried out by enthusiastic teams from four European universities from Bulgaria, Germany, Poland and Italy. The project is focused on the development of a systematic model of teaching critical thinking and media literacy and is aimed both at improving the competences of teachers to apply critical thinking in their teaching, and at increasing the intercultural competences of the participants and strengthening the European dimension of institutions in education.
After the creation of a systematic course of 30 academic hours on critical thinking and media literacy, it is planned to improve the content of the course. For this purpose, from 22 to 24 April 2024 in Rzeszów, Poland, a pilot of the course will be held with the students of the 4 universities.
